• Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Carrier: All international shipments are sent exclusively via SF Express International. Customers cannot select alternative couriers.
• Delivery time: Transit times vary by destination. Standard delivery usually takes 7–20 business days; actual times may be affected by customs clearance or local logistics.
• Duties & taxes: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, strikes, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• Undeliverable parcels: Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal are not eligible for free reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
