Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy
We want every piece to arrive beautifully and safely. Because our items are made with natural crystals and intended for personal wear, we do not accept returns for change of mind, natural variations, or size preferences. Exchanges or store credit are offered only in the cases below.

What’s eligible
• Defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect item.
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@yarviva.com with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video within 48 hours is recommended). After inspection, we will arrange an exchange or store credit. If a replacement is unavailable, we may refund to your original payment method.

Not eligible
• Personal reason / “not as expected” / gift remorse.
• Natural crystal characteristics (color tone differences, growth lines, inclusions, minor pits, internal veils or cloudiness, tiny black dots or copper-mineral specks, bead-to-bead variations). These are not defects and make each piece one of a kind.
Sizing issues:
• Bracelets: each includes an elastic resizing kit (elastic cord + threading needle) for at-home adjustment.
Customized / engraved / final-sale items; once the hygiene seal is opened.

Conditions & process
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all inserts and gifts. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Use a trackable method and mark as “returned goods” for customs.
• Once received and approved, refunds (if applicable) are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects under normal wear (e.g., bracelet string breakage, clasp failure, pendant detachment). Excludes misuse, accidental damage, chemical exposure, water/heat damage, or unauthorized repairs. We may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Metal & Finish Notice
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize; gold plating can wear over time with friction and contact. These are normal signs of use and not quality defects. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store dry.
